Delete my data

Self-serve permanent deletion for event guests.

If you uploaded photos to a Memento event and you'd like them removed — along with your guest profile — fill out the form below. We'll email you a confirmation link to make sure the request really came from you.

You'll need the email address you entered at the event and the event code from the QR link (the 10-character string at the end of the URL, e.g. memento.kri-labs.com/e/abc123xyz4).

What gets deleted

• Every photo and video you uploaded to that event, from S3.
• Your guest record for that event (email, display name, session cookie reference).
• Any thumbnails and previews we generated from your uploads.

What does not get deleted

• Photos taken by other guests at the same event.
• The event itself — only the host can delete the event.
• Email logs at our transactional email provider, which are retained per their policy and are not under our direct control.

Hosts

If you're a host and want to delete your account and all your events, sign in and go to Settings → Delete account.
